Our Counseling and Family Development Center has an immediate opening for a Human Trafficking Services Coordinator. This position oversees the collaboration, communication, training and activities of victim services for Domestic Violence and/or Sexual Assault victims who are also victims of Human Trafficking by establishing and implementing effective processes and procedures that ensure efficient work flow to guarantee the safety and support of victims; monitoring grant requirements, goals, outcomes, and budgets, to prepare reports; and providing advocacy and outreach to victims. Job requirements include Bachelor’s Degree with major emphasis on social sciences, knowledge of community resources, two years of experience working in human services field and professional experience in structured group facilitation skills, community relations and grant oversight and management. Our Domestic Violence program has an immediate opening for a full-time Shelter Advocate who is responsible for providing safe shelter for battered women and their children. The Shelter Advocate works to empower battered and abused women and their children to make choices that result in safe, independent and violence-free lives. The job requriements are a minimum of high school education, two years of experience working with people and knowledge of household management skills.
