Michelle Hamilton, CPA, MBA

Michelle Hamilton serves as Vice President of Finance and Administration for The Wellspring, where she oversees the organization’s financial and administrative operations. She leads the finance team and provides strategic oversight of financial management, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and administrative services that support the organization’s mission.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Master of Business Administration from Mississippi State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Louisiana. She is also the past President of the Northeast Chapter of the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants (LCPA). Michelle has been with The Wellspring since 2026.
