As Senior Director of The Wellspring, Lisa works closely with the CEO in strategic planning, program development, and providing broad oversight across the agency as well as serving functions of the President & CEO in her absence. As Director of Professional Services, Lisa is responsible for the leadership and supervision of the clinical and administrative staff of the Counseling and Family Development Center (CFDC). Lisa is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Supervisor, a Clinical Fellow of American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Clinical Member of the American Counseling Association. Lisa and her staff at the CFDC are responsible for implementing the mission of strengthening and valuing individuals and families through the Counseling, Employee Assistance (EAP), Sexual Assault and Supervised Visitation, and HOPE programs. Lisa is a play therapist, a former certified trainer for ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training), a Certified Mediator, and a Certified Parent Coordinator. Lisa has served on the Boards of Directors of LaFASA (Louisiana Foundation Against Sexual Assault) and the Children’s Coalition of Northeast Louisiana. She has been a member of The Wellspring staff since 2005.
