Lisa Longenbaugh, LPC, LMFT

As Vice President of Programs, Lisa provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for all programmatic operations at The Wellspring ensuring that services are mission driven, trauma informed, evidence based and aligned with funding requirements and community needs. She works closely with the CEO in strategic planning and providing broad oversight across the agency as well as serving functions of the President & CEO in her absence. Lisa represents The Wellspring in community partnerships, collaborative initiatives, and funder relationships, helping to strengthen cross-system coordination and advance the organization’s impact in Northeast Louisiana. As Vice President of Programs, Lisa champions a culture of accountability, compassion, and excellence, ensuring that individuals and families served by The Wellspring receive high-quality, responsive, and transformative support. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Supervisor, and a Clinical Fellow of American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. Lisa serves on the 4th JDC Youth Services Planning Board and has previously served on the Boards of Directors of LaFASA (Louisiana Foundation Against Sexual Assault) and the Children’s Coalition of Northeast Louisiana. She has been a member of The Wellspring staff since 2005.
